I have seen Mandie 3 times now and I am very impressed. The injections have all been pain free (I am numbed with cream first) and I have never had any bruises after the treatments, I think Mandie comes across as very conscientious and good at her job. Mandie is also a lovely lady to chat to and I felt really relaxed and the end result is always as good as I had hoped for.

i attended shine medical 2013 with facial skin that i was very uncomfortable, embarrassed, and depressed with, i had attended many clinics regarding my skin, witch was acne and large open pores and red blemishes, i had paid out a lot of money over the previous years to still be left very uncomfortable in my own skin i then had given up hope and thought that my skin will just remain this way for the rest of my life. i then came across Dr olha and had stressed that the appearance of my skin was really starting to get me down and depress me with then made me not have a social life, dr olha then gave me the confidence that my skin will be improved with the treatment plan she was going to carry out, i have had prescribed skin products, micro needling and i have regular maintenance my skin has considerably improved and i now have the confidence and will no longer go any were else but shine medical

I can't recommend these enough. - I've had Botox treatments from both Rosey and Gemma, and both are fantastic. What really sets them apart is the aftercare. They truly go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. - Even when I was happy, their attention to detail and perfectionism resulted in them topping up just to exceed expectations. I was very nervous about trying somewhere different, as I'd always used registered plastic surgeons in the past. - But I've recommended them many times without hesitation since. I wish I'd found them years ago. They offer a much better service and price from anywhere I have been before.

Absolutely loved my appointment for hypohidrosis with Dr Andrea. She was so kind, caring, and friendly. She really took the time to understand my issue, was incredibly gentle and understanding. I had an unpleasant experience with another doctor for the same procedure before, so the difference was like night and day. The treatment was incredibly effective too. Dr Andrea's professionalism and knowledge were outstanding, I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much!

I completed the skin boosters training day with Gemma at Perfection Aesthetics. It was a 1 to 1 training day which was amazing as I felt this allowed me to learn at my own pace and ask as many questions as I needed. There were live models provided which enabled me to practice a variety of injecting techniques on multiple skin types which was also very helpful for building my confidence performing the treatments. Gemma also offers ongoing communication and support after the course which is not offered by many other courses! Overall I can not recommend Perfection Aesthetics enough and I will definitely be back for more training soon!

I have wanted Botox for years. I always knew I would only choose Katie from KH aesthetics (I just needed to pluck up the courage!) There is no one else I would trust with my face. I chose KH Aesthetics because of us having friends in common, personal recommendations and following/ seeing Katie’s quality work on her socials over the years. Not to mention Nurse Katie IS indeed a qualified nurse practitioner, which is of great reassurance and importance to me. I discussed my worries with Nurse Katie prior. I was open with her that I suffer from anxiety. She made all the time in the world to answer my questions, was empathetic and understanding. Couldn’t have been nicer. She equipped me with all the information I needed, to enable me to arrive at a decision I was comfortable with about treatment. There was no pressure. I found it really beneficial that Katie shown me a facial anatomy board, explaining how the different muscles work in your face. This woman knows her stuff, which instilled confidence. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Side effects were explained to me, which I felt manageable and supported with. The aftercare was incredible. Nurse Katie made herself available to me day or night, if I needed to discuss my treatment or any side effects with her (I didn’t need to contact afteral, but it made me feel reassured and supported knowing she was reachable if needed). KH Aesthetics offered an inclusive 14day follow up review, which I accepted. Nurse Katie recommended I have a very small amount of Botox at my initial appointment to see how I got along with it; managing the subtle changes in my appearance Vs managing my anxiety. This was exactly what was right for me, on an individual basis. So glad she chose this for me! At my review appointment Nurse Katie topped me up in some areas where we both felt I could benefit for maximum results- now I knew what to expect. The final results are fantastic. Exactly what I wished for- a natural look. I am absolutely THRILLED with my first Botox session & the overall excellent service. I feel the price I paid was great value for money, considering the expertise KH Aesthetics offers in this area. Competitively priced treatments which are worth every penny. Katie makes you feel valued. I can’t thank her enough. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago! Went to Sante Clinic in Loughborough to see about what I thought was a white mole, it wasn’t it was some kind of cyst, which I had removed. I found the clinic very clean and welcoming, lovely old house. The surgeon was very informative and put me at ease, explained exactly what the procedure entailed.
