I have wanted Botox for years. I always knew I would only choose Katie from KH aesthetics (I just needed to pluck up the courage!) There is no one else I would trust with my face. I chose KH Aesthetics because of us having friends in common, personal recommendations and following/ seeing Katie’s quality work on her socials over the years. Not to mention Nurse Katie IS indeed a qualified nurse practitioner, which is of great reassurance and importance to me. I discussed my worries with Nurse Katie prior. I was open with her that I suffer from anxiety. She made all the time in the world to answer my questions, was empathetic and understanding. Couldn’t have been nicer. She equipped me with all the information I needed, to enable me to arrive at a decision I was comfortable with about treatment. There was no pressure. I found it really beneficial that Katie shown me a facial anatomy board, explaining how the different muscles work in your face. This woman knows her stuff, which instilled confidence. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Side effects were explained to me, which I felt manageable and supported with. The aftercare was incredible. Nurse Katie made herself available to me day or night, if I needed to discuss my treatment or any side effects with her (I didn’t need to contact afteral, but it made me feel reassured and supported knowing she was reachable if needed). KH Aesthetics offered an inclusive 14day follow up review, which I accepted. Nurse Katie recommended I have a very small amount of Botox at my initial appointment to see how I got along with it; managing the subtle changes in my appearance Vs managing my anxiety. This was exactly what was right for me, on an individual basis. So glad she chose this for me! At my review appointment Nurse Katie topped me up in some areas where we both felt I could benefit for maximum results- now I knew what to expect. The final results are fantastic. Exactly what I wished for- a natural look. I am absolutely THRILLED with my first Botox session & the overall excellent service. I feel the price I paid was great value for money, considering the expertise KH Aesthetics offers in this area. Competitively priced treatments which are worth every penny. Katie makes you feel valued. I can’t thank her enough. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago! I will DEFINATELY be booking in with KH Aesthetics for more Botox in the future, as well as treating myself to some other services they have to offer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thankyou so much. Honestly could not recommend Katie enough!!! Never had any sort of filler before and went to Katie as I wanted natural lip filler, they look absolutely amazing!! She completely understood what I wanted and listened to how I wanted them to look, so impressed with how much it’s changed my lips with such a little amount of filler. She was so informative with after care and what to expect, really reassured me that if I did have any issues, I could contact her and just go through things again if I needed. Thank you so much again!! xx
