Went for a consultation on Threads but Dr Matla explained that I require volume in my face, I felt he understood my issues and was offering me the best solution. I have now had the treatment and i am very pleased with the results. Dr Matla made me feel very at ease and comfortable, the treatment was much less painful than I imagined. Ness put me at ease as soon as I met her, she has a wide range of nursing experience which I found reasurring and I felt I could trust her opinion. Throughout the process we reviewed the filler discussing if I wanted more to achieve the outcome I was looking for. When I had follow up questions, I was impressed how quickly he answered and his detailed answers made me feel safe going forward.
