This was my first ever visit to the clinic, and although it took me a moment to figure out where the door was 😅, everything after that was excellent. I had my appointment with Kristy and a quick chat with Bryony beforehand. They were both absolutely fantastic and really helped put me at ease after a previous difficult experience at another clinic. Professional, transparent, and genuinely kind, they created a calm and welcoming environment that made me feel completely comfortable, something I’ve never experienced before. Kristy, in particular, was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the process. The atmosphere was incredibly positive, friendly, and inclusive. I’d highly recommend Kristy if you’re looking for someone who combines warmth, professionalism, and expert skills.
