She explained everything thoroughly including aftercare. The clinic is really clean and all the team are very friendly. I have been back a few times now and have booked in for my next treatment. Having suffered from excruciating pain as a result of TMJ, I desperately needed treatment that would quickly and effectively alleviate the pain I was experiencing. Having googled “quick and effective treatment”, I learnt that Botox was 80% effective in treating TMJ pain. Knowing Dr Elsmore is a qualified doctor it gave me peace of mind that she would carry out my treatment to a high standard and she did exactly that. Within approximately three days of the Botox, I started noticing my symptoms were subsiding and the Botox was becoming effective and within four days, I was experiencing little to no pain. When I become stressed, I can feel my jaw wanting to clench tight, however, the muscles are so relaxed the clenching is no longer an issue for me. The Botox treatment to treat TMJ was the best decision I made. I now no longer feel anxious that if I do get stressed, pain will follow. It has really allowed me to relax. Anyone experiencing TMJ symptoms, I would highly recommend the Botox treatment as a method to manage the symptoms. Dr Elsmore is absolutely brilliant and I don’t know what I would have done without her brilliant service and treatment plan. The Courtyard Clinic is a real asset to the island and I would highly recommend Dr Elsmore and her team for high quality treatment.
