I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. Thank you again :)

Had my very first visit today, a consultation followed by a little Botox. I was very anxious when I arrived, but was greeted by Heather, a very professional young lady who instantly put me at my ease. Then I met Dr Ali, a lovely patient man who answered all my questions & listened to my concerns, until we agreed on the best approach for me. Dr Ali carried out my treatment with real expertise. The whole experience was faultless. 10/10

Never had any trouble with my Botox. Looks great and lasts ages. Service is warm and friendly, and the treatment centre feels very luxurious. Would highly recommend.

This practice is more than Dental Excellence, it's Dental Perfection. This was an awesome experience. I didn't think I would be the person would go for an aesthetic treatment of this type. I thought that it wasn't "for me", because I'm 45 and married, and pretty settled in my life and with what I saw in the mirror. But I had seen the work Dr. Parwaiz had done for a mate of mine, and it made me curious. Because he just looked better, and I couldn't exactly tell why - so I took the plunge. And man, am I happy with the results! Because I still look like me, but a me that sleeps properly, eats well and has a proper skin care regime. It's subtle and so well done! The process wasn't painful ( I'm kind of scare of needles) and Dr. Parwaiz explained everything in language that I could understand when it came to the the process, the minimal risks it had, and how the healing process was going to happen. I'm a very happy client - and I'll definitely do it again!

Nicky injected my lips and they are gorgeous ! I am so happy - plump and pretty without obviously having been injected - exactly the right size for my face. Nicky was also able to correct the slight asymmetry of my bottom lip, Which had always bothered me. Thank you Nicky!

Dr Kiran is absolutely amazing, I went to see her to get my lips and cheeks done however Dr Kiran was totally honest after examining me and advised on just getting my lips done as she felt that i didn’t need filler for my cheeks. I felt comfortable and she talked me through the whole process. She advised to start off with a smaller amount of filler and build over a period of time if that’s what I wanted to do. I totally trust Dr Kiran. I love my lips and they look luscious, i wouldn’t go to anyone else for treatment. I highly recommend Dr Kiran xx

I had botox treatment by a non medical practitioner. I believe due to incorrect injection placement this caused one of my brows to drop and the other one was hyperactive! I waited for the 2 week period to see if there was any improvement. But unfortunately this was not the case, if anything it gotten worse, watery eyes and the eyelid became heavy and a terrible pain. At this stage I panicked and got in touch with Dr Nabila, she was kind enough to give me an emergency appointment. I had a thorough consultation with Dr Nabila and she was able to assess my situation quickly and determine the correct injection points and dosage. She made me feel reassured and comfortable and carried out the touch up. At this point I realised that it is crucial to select a skilled and experienced medical professional who understands facial anatomy and injection techniques to minimise the risk of complications. I am extremely thankful to Dr Nabila not only for the best course of action but also for her commitment and support to check up on me the next day. I am very happy with the results.
