Steph was polite and welcoming. I came to my appointment; she seemed nice; she showed her hands gestures. I felt the comfortable atmosphere looked like a Morden clinic room. My bum/buttock is waxing. I was a bit understanding lip-reading simply with her. My body language is facial expression and hand gestures that I am deaf and a non-verbal communication BSL user. I would love to book again in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Injectual Shoreditch this afternoon. Zain spent loads of time discussing the treatment and my skin concerns generally and it was painless. The LED mask at the end was a real treat - I honestly fell asleep and want one of the chairs (so comfy!) the receptionist was also lovely - just a great experience all round, I’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🙏🏻

I have attended Els clinic twice this year for Microblading treatment and follow up. El is professional, extremely friendly and puts you at ease while telling you what is going to happen at each part of the procedure. After loosing my eyebrows while going through the Menopause I lost my confidence, which I have now gained back with beautiful new eyebrows. Wished I done it sooner!

Absolutely thrilled!
I’d wanted to try laser hair removal for ages but was worried it might be painful, ineffective, or cause some kind of reaction. All my doubts completely disappeared after visiting this clinic.

Huge thanks to Kateryna, the Instagram manager, for explaining everything so clearly — from the procedure to the prices. She shared so much useful information and was incredibly professional.

And Viktoria, who did my treatment — she’s unbelievably kind and, most importantly, an outstanding specialist. She works with such ease and confidence, pays great attention to detail, and makes you feel totally comfortable throughout the session.

I’ll definitely be continuing my course here. Couldn’t recommend them enough! 💖

I recommend El for Eyebrow Microblading. I hadn't done anything like this before so I chose to go with the (paid for) Consultation appointment in advance of having the treatment. During the consultation El described the treatment and drew with an eyebrow pencil what my eyebrows would look like and took photos for me to take away. That gave me time to think it over (it took me months) before booking my treatment appointment. As others have said in their reviews, El is very professional and takes good care of you during the treatment. I'm very happy with the results, I think my 'new' eyebrows make a difference to how I look and, for me, it was worth the investment. One tip, be sure to carefully check the location and allow plenty of time to get there, it's close to Canary Wharf but the first time I wasn't sure exactly how to find the place, so I recommend allowing extra time.

Dr. Sarah Shah & Polynucleotide Treatments at Artistry Clinic — Simply Fabulous!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sarah Shah and the incredible team at Artistry Clinic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I always feel welcomed, listened to, and completely confident that I am in good hands!

I recently had Polynucleotide treatments with Dr. Shah, and the results have been fabulous!

Dr. Shah has such a natural talent for aesthetics — she combines medical precision with a genuine artistic eye, ensuring results that look beautifully refreshed and completely natural. She took the time to explain how polynucleotides work to rejuvenate the skin from within, stimulating collagen and elastin for long-term results rather than a quick fix.

The treatment itself was comfortable and surprisingly relaxing, with minimal downtime. Within days, I noticed my skin looking plumper and smoother, and over the following weeks, the glow just kept improving. I’ve received so many compliments — friends keep saying I look “rested” and “fresh,” which is exactly what I was hoping for.

What truly sets Dr. Sarah Shah apart is her warmth, honesty, and artistry. She tailors every treatment to your individual needs and makes you feel completely cared for from start to finish.

If you’re considering skin rejuvenation or simply want to invest in your skin’s long-term health, I can’t recommend Dr. Sarah Shah and the Artistry Clinic enough. The polynucleotide treatment is a total game-changer — subtle, natural, and absolutely fabulous.

FAQs

Exosomes for hair are nano-sized extracellular vesicles derived from stem cells that contain growth factors, proteins and genetic material specifically used to stimulate hair follicles, promote hair growth and improve scalp health. These biological particles represent an advanced approach to hair restoration, working at the cellular level to regenerate and rejuvenate hair follicles. What exosomes contain for hair benefits includes growth factors such as VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) promoting blood vessel formation to nourish follicles, FGF (fibroblast growth factor) stimulating hair follicle cells, PDGF (platelet-derived growth factor) supporting tissue regeneration, and IGF (insulin-like growth factor) promoting cell growth; proteins and peptides that support cellular function; microRNA and messenger RNA providing genetic instructions; and lipids that protect and deliver the cargo. Exosome sources for hair treatment include human mesenchymal stem cells from sources like umbilical cord, bone marrow or adipose tissue; plant-derived exosomes from sources like ginseng or other botanicals; and lab-cultured stem cells under controlled conditions. How exosomes differ from other hair treatments shows PRP (platelet-rich plasma) containing growth factors from your own blood but in less concentrated, targeted form; peptide serums applying growth factors topically with limited penetration; and exosomes providing more sophisticated, multi-pathway cellular communication. The mechanism for hair involves exosomes penetrating the scalp and reaching hair follicles; delivering their cargo of growth factors and signalling molecules; activating dormant follicles to re-enter growth phase; promoting dermal papilla cell proliferation essential for hair growth; improving blood supply to follicles; and reducing inflammation that can impair follicle function. Exosomes for hair are used for androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) in both men and women; diffuse thinning and reduced density; hair loss following stress or illness; enhancing hair transplant results; and overall scalp and hair health improvement.

Exosomes for hair growth are used through various application methods, with the most common being direct scalp injection or topical application after microneedling to enhance penetration. The specific protocol depends on the product used and practitioner preference. The microneedling with exosomes method is the most popular approach, involving the scalp being microneedled to create microchannels; exosome solution being applied to the treated scalp; the channels allowing deep penetration of exosomes; massage helping distribute and enhance absorption; and the treatment typically taking 30 to 45 minutes. Direct injection involves injecting exosomes into the scalp using mesotherapy technique; multiple small injections distributed across affected areas; delivering concentrated exosomes directly to follicle depth; and treatment taking 20 to 30 minutes typically. Topical application after other treatments can be used by applying exosomes after microneedling, dermaroller or dermastamp; using after laser therapy to enhance healing; and applying to prepared scalp for maximum absorption. The typical treatment protocol includes an initial intensive phase with treatments every 2 to 4 weeks for 3 to 4 sessions; assessment after initial course; transition to maintenance phase with treatments every 2 to 3 months; and adjustment based on individual response. Preparation before treatment involves washing hair on treatment day but avoiding styling products; arriving with clean, product-free scalp; and following any specific pre-treatment instructions provided. During treatment, your scalp is cleansed and possibly numbed; the chosen application method is performed; exosomes are applied or injected; and post-treatment products may be applied. Aftercare for optimal results includes waiting 6 to 12 hours before washing hair; avoiding harsh shampoos or treatments for 24 to 48 hours; protecting scalp from sun exposure; avoiding swimming pools or saunas for 48 hours; and following all practitioner instructions. At-home use considerations show some products claiming exosome benefits for home use; effectiveness of topical-only application being questionable without penetration enhancement; professional treatment with microneedling or injection being more effective; and at-home products typically being supportive rather than primary treatment. Combining exosomes with other treatments can enhance results, using with PRP for synergistic effects; incorporating into hair transplant protocols; combining with minoxidil or finasteride; and using alongside red light therapy.

The best exosomes for hair growth are typically those derived from human mesenchymal stem cells, particularly from umbilical cord or bone marrow sources, as these have the most robust scientific evidence and contain concentrated growth factors specifically beneficial for hair follicle regeneration. However, the quality, processing and concentration of exosomes matter more than source alone. Human-derived exosomes from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are considered highly effective with rich growth factor content; ethically sourced and widely available; strong evidence for regenerative properties; and typically used in clinical settings. Bone marrow-derived exosomes contain potent regenerative signals; have established use in medical applications; show good hair follicle stimulation; but may be less commonly available. Adipose tissue-derived exosomes are readily available from fat tissue; contain beneficial growth factors; have good safety profile; but may have slightly different growth factor profiles. Plant-derived exosomes from sources like ginseng are becoming popular with claims of growth factor content; potentially lower cost; vegan/ethical alternative; but having limited scientific validation compared to human sources. Key quality factors determining effectiveness include concentration of exosomes measured in particles per ml; growth factor content and specific factors present; purity and processing methods; storage and handling maintaining viability; and clinical evidence supporting the specific product. What to look for in exosome products includes transparent sourcing information; third-party testing and quality verification; clinical data supporting effectiveness; proper regulatory compliance; practitioner expertise in administration; and realistic claims without exaggeration. Questions to ask about exosome products include what is the source of exosomes; how are they processed and purified; what is the concentration; what clinical evidence supports this product; how are they stored and handled; and what is the practitioner's experience with this product. Red flags to watch for include exaggerated claims of dramatic results; very low prices suggesting questionable quality; inability to provide source information; no quality testing or verification; and pressure to purchase without proper consultation. Current market leaders show several established brands in aesthetic medicine; ongoing research developing new products; and the field evolving rapidly. The verdict on best exosomes shows human mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes having strongest evidence; quality and concentration mattering more than source alone; reputable products from established companies being preferable; and practitioner expertise in product selection and application being crucial for results.

Exosomes show promising effectiveness for promoting hair growth based on emerging clinical evidence and their biological mechanism of action, though they are a relatively new treatment with ongoing research still establishing optimal protocols and long-term outcomes. Current evidence suggests they can stimulate hair follicles and improve hair density, particularly when part of a comprehensive hair restoration approach. Evidence supporting effectiveness for hair growth includes clinical studies demonstrating increased hair count and density after exosome treatment; improvements in hair thickness and quality; activation of hair follicle stem cells in research studies; proven delivery of growth factors to follicles; and high patient satisfaction in reported clinical series. The biological mechanisms explaining effectiveness show exosomes delivering VEGF, FGF, PDGF and other growth factors directly to follicles; these growth factors activating dormant follicles; promotion of angiogenesis improving follicle blood supply; stimulation of dermal papilla cells essential for hair cycling; reduction of inflammation affecting follicle function; and coordination of multiple regenerative pathways. What exosomes can effectively achieve for hair growth includes reactivation of miniaturised or dormant follicles; increased hair density in thinning areas; improved hair diameter and thickness; enhanced growth phase duration; healthier scalp environment; and support for hair transplant success. Effectiveness varies by condition, with androgenetic alopecia showing positive results in studies; diffuse thinning responding well to treatment; stress-related hair loss potentially benefiting; post-transplant enhancement being supported; and completely bald areas with no follicles remaining being unlikely to respond. Factors affecting effectiveness for you include how many viable follicles remain in affected areas; the stage and duration of hair loss; age and overall health status; consistency with treatment protocol; use of complementary treatments; and realistic expectations about improvement. Comparing exosomes to other treatments shows potentially more effective than topical growth factors due to better delivery; possibly complementary to PRP with different mechanisms; less studied than minoxidil or finasteride but potentially additive; and best results often from combination approaches. Current limitations include the need for more large-scale, long-term studies; variability in products affecting outcomes; no standardized protocols yet established; individual response variation; and regulatory status still evolving. Realistic expectations about effectiveness show exosomes can provide meaningful improvement in hair growth; results develop gradually over months; multiple treatments are typically needed; maintenance is required to sustain benefits; and they work best for early to moderate loss rather than advanced baldness. Most evidence suggests exosomes are genuinely effective for hair growth through valid biological mechanisms, though optimal protocols and patient selection continue to be refined.

Before exosome treatment for hair growth, people typically have noticeable thinning with visible scalp showing through hair; receding hairline or widening part; reduced overall hair density and coverage; finer, weaker hair strands than previously; progressive hair loss causing concern and affecting confidence; and frustration with conventional treatments not providing desired results. These concerns often prompt people to explore advanced regenerative treatments like exosomes for their hair restoration potential. After exosome treatment for hair growth, following completion of a recommended initial course (typically 3 to 4 sessions over 3 to 4 months) and allowing adequate time for follicle stimulation and hair growth (usually assessed at 6 to 12 months), many people experience meaningful improvements. Common results include increased hair density with better scalp coverage; new hair growth in previously thinning areas; improved hair thickness and diameter; stronger, healthier-appearing hair; reduced rate of hair loss; and enhanced confidence about hair appearance. The improvement timeline shows that during months 1 to 2, reduced shedding may be the first noticeable change; during months 2 to 4, early signs of new growth and improved hair quality appear; during months 4 to 6, visible improvement in density becomes apparent with new hairs maturing; during months 6 to 9, continued enhancement with progressive thickening; and during months 9 to 12, optimal results with maximum hair growth and quality improvement. The degree of improvement depends critically on the extent of hair loss and how many viable follicles remain; early intervention typically showing better results; the type and quality of exosome product used; consistency with the full treatment protocol; individual cellular response and healing capacity; whether the treatment is combined with other therapies like minoxidil, finasteride or PRP; and overall scalp and health status. Realistic improvement metrics show hair count increases of 10% to 30% are achievable in responders; hair diameter improvements making existing hair appear fuller; slowed progression of hair loss; and overall improved hair quality and scalp health. Before and after expectations should be realistic: exosomes provide gradual, natural-looking improvement over many months; they cannot regrow hair where follicles are permanently lost; results vary significantly between individuals; the treatment works best for early to moderate loss rather than advanced baldness; maintenance treatments are needed to sustain benefits, typically every 6 to 9 months; and combining with other proven treatments often enhances outcomes. Factors predicting good results include treatment beginning at early stages of hair loss; presence of miniaturised but living follicles; good overall health and scalp condition; commitment to completing the full protocol; realistic expectations about gradual improvement; and willingness to maintain results with ongoing treatment. Most satisfied patients are those who understand the regenerative nature requires patience, appreciate the biological approach working with their body's natural processes, commit to the full treatment course and maintenance, combine exosomes with comprehensive hair health strategies, and have realistic expectations about meaningful improvement rather than complete restoration. The emerging evidence suggests exosomes can provide real benefits for hair growth, though individual results vary and the treatment represents one tool in a comprehensive approach to hair restoration rather than a miracle cure.
