I had Botox treatment in my jaw muscles with Sam, who was absolutely amazing, she showed real empathy and understanding of my situation, and was so kind, patient, and reassuring with my fear of needles. I also had a fitted mouth guard sorted, and Debbie went above and beyond to make sure it was ready quickly so I could take it on holiday. Dana was fantastic on both of my visits – friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The whole team has shown genuine care, empathy, and understanding, which I really appreciated.
