I'm so impressed with the impeccable care and dentistry given at this practice. In addition to this, the staff are very kind and caring. I like the way the reception always notifies you of upcoming appointments, she is really lovely, which makes a difference compared with other practices that have unfriendly reception staff. Had such a lovely experience today at Novo Clinic with Dr. Lamy. It was my first time having a cosmetic procedure, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but Dr. Lamy was amazing — so professional, kind, and reassuring. She really took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming vibe and the whole experience felt really personal and professional. I’m so happy with my results and already know I’ll be back. Couldn’t recommend Novo Clinic and Dr. Lamy more highly!

The best! It was my first time ever getting fillers and I was so nervous. Nurse Liz made me feel so incredibly calm and comfortable and supported the whole way through. Amazing service and treatment, she really advocated for me and listened to my concerns and helped me achieve my desired look. Answered all the questions I had and was really trustful and realistic with what to expect so nothing was a shock. Honestly I was so happy with the results once I was given the mirror, it made me tear up. Absolutely beautifully! Thank you SO MUCH Liz!
