I had the most amazing experience today and Harpenden Medical. Myself and 5 friends experienced a wellness event where we tried out 4 of the incredible treatments on offer. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, Ciara and Helen were SO helpful and friendly and I can't wait to return. I was a bit nervous before the Cryotherapy but Helen totally put my mind at ease and in the end I absolutely loved it. The professionalism here is next level, I can't recommend it enough and I'm certain that anything they offer here will be of the highest standard.

Wow it's an amazing place and the treatments feel so good. Who'd have thought standing in a minus 80 degree booth would make someone feel so good. I still feel the effects now. Definitely will be going back. A lot. The first treatment I had was last month and was a rebalance impulse bed therapy. The zero gravity position made all my joints and limbs were made to feel so relaxed and I was able to let the bed hold my weight without being tense at all even more than any of the weekly group relaxations meditations etc that my Long Covid peer support group runs. And the sensory themed lights patterns and the guided track that played was very good and wholesome. I haven't felt as present and "real" and mindful in years since going. Calmer and more able to process my emotions since. It's wonderful. The 2nd and 3rd were the cryochamber and red light therapy session right after the cryo was very complimentary. I felt 10 years younger after these! And the staff there are so friendly helpful and kind. Candy in particular was extremely approachable and welcoming and such a good customer service person, who made me feel very relaxed and comfortable beforehand. I'm so grateful and really put me at ease, also I could tell she cared about the job she does because of her passionate nature about how much she believes in the treatments. It felt like Candy finds her job very vocational. Her stories about how much people get such benefits from the treatments really came across and I had to tear myself away at the end. Loved it. Will be back soon so thanks everyone who works there. Amazing experience. I'm shocked. And coming from someone who considers myself a very claustrophobic person I was very surprised how well I dealt with them all. Thanks again. From Andy Farmer.

So lucky to have this on our doorstep. A wonderful space to relax, the staff are friendly, professional and supportive. I highly recommend the chryotherapy followed by the red light bed. Lots of fabulous treatments. It would make a great gift voucher for anyone.

I tried the cryo chamber today and was very impressed by the experience and facilities overall. Everything was explained perfectly and I felt like I was in very safe hands. Would definitely recommend Harpenden Medical for anyone interested in the services they offer. Friendly, professional and a great experience.
