The loveliest ladies!! I do not trust anyone more with treatments than I do with Victoria! She always make sure I feel comfortable and ensure that I only get done what is safe - which I have never had before. Victoria has saved me from a previous treatment (not with Freeda) not going well and I now feel so confident after leaving Freeda. They’re both amazing. 100% recommend and will always be returning!

Had an initial consultation at the Wentworth Clinic in Bournemouth with Professor Llankovan. I was very interested in having a cosmetic procedure on my face, eyes and neck but was completely unsure whether to go ahead. I was put at ease immediately and felt very valued and welcomed. Everything was thoroughly explained and my doubts were put aside. The staff from initial contact throughout my chosen procedure have been a very interesting and enjoyable experience. Only two weeks since my treatment and already I am delighted. Can’t wait to see how I’m transformed in another few weeks. Thoroughly recommend this clinic.

Easy to book an on-line appointment for when I wanted it. Pre-appointment medical questionnaire was lengthy but very thorough and it certainly helped to have all my details on hand and in 'my words'...well worth the time I took to complete it. Receptionist and all the staff encountered were polite, helpful and very kind. Dr Caudell was thorough, seemed interested in my issue and reassuring. A copy of my referral letter was sent and emailed to me before I got home, within an hour of my appointment's end. 5* service, and while I never thought I'd need or want a private GP appointment I'm very glad I booked this one as I'm reassured now.
