I cannot imagine better care and treatment ! The reception, medical and nursing staff have each been wonderfully kind and helpful. In particular I must thank my current Dr Emily Monks and Laura Giles. They have been extraordinarily patient with me, taking great pains to solve my problems and questions. I went to Clinic@78 for advice on Weight Loss and following injections have lost 13% of my body weight. I was due to have a heart valve operation but my health and activity has improved so much with this weight loss that I no longer need that operation. Dr Emily Monks has been the best all-round physician I have encountered. (I REALLY wish she were my GP). The care I have received from Senior Nurse Laura Giles has been exceptional, even phoning me at home to check on me. I heartily recommend The Clinic@78 as a superb, effective and caring example of how our UK Health Service could be !

Easy to book an on-line appointment for when I wanted it. Pre-appointment medical questionnaire was lengthy but very thorough and it certainly helped to have all my details on hand and in 'my words'...well worth the time I took to complete it. Receptionist and all the staff encountered were polite, helpful and very kind. Dr Caudell was thorough, seemed interested in my issue and reassuring. A copy of my referral letter was sent and emailed to me before I got home, within an hour of my appointment's end. 5* service, and while I never thought I'd need or want a private GP appointment I'm very glad I booked this one as I'm reassured now. Would highly recommend @78.

I highly recommend the time I invested in my health by consulting Dr Emily Monks for menopause issues. Please, any woman making any age related changes to your contraceptive pill, hrt please, please seek guidance from Dr Monks first. Excellent manner and delivery of complex information in a simple to understand form. Very good care and a follow up check.

I would highly recommend this Clinic. Circumstances dictated a need for a steroid injection very quickly as I was going away on holiday and in some pain. I was able to secure a next day appointment with Dr Pride for a consultation, followed by the injection, if he deemed it appropriate. The consultation was in-depth and he answered all my questions, explaining the pros and cons of the procedure very clearly. He agreed to do the injection as a result of examining me and I was able to make an informed choice to go ahead with the injection. I am needle phobic and explained this to Dr Pride. He took this into consideration and his gentle, calming approach made me feel relaxed and secure. I did not know that he had actually finished the injection. He explained the aftercare and emailed me all the relevant information, explaining what I had to look out for and if I was worried to contact the clinic again. I received all of this information and hour or so later, along with my receipt of invoice paid. I was very impressed with the standard of care and of both reception staff I encountered. Jess, initially to book me in by phone and Sharon who was on duty the day of my appointment. My husband and I were offered coffee by another member of staff and we accepted - excellent coffee and a lovely relaxing seating area in which to enjoy it. I would highly recommend The Clinic @ 78. Had severe nose bleed couldn’t get to a/e. They gave me an appointment within an hour had a consultation and treated with a form cautery and a prescription dealt with all aspects Can’t be more grateful for the quick courteous service doctor who saw me was superb competent and efficient and v pleasant. I got an appointment with a doctor on Monday after contacting The clinic on the previous Friday at a Time that was convenient to me. A thirty minute appointment was booked and was very useful to me, the doctor was very thorough and gave me some good advice for my health problems, over and above that which I had so far received from my nhs surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic if you can afford the fee.

Exceptional service starts the moment you book your appointment either online or by phone. Front of house really are friendly & helpful. Full array of health care professionals sit at this practice including the wonderful Dr Tom Caudell, who has been my medical contact for quite a few years. I thoroughly recommend this invaluable service in Westbourne, parking available in the car park behind the high street.
