From the moment I started speaking with Dr Raquel I knew she was the best person to help me with my bridal skincare journey before my wedding, her knowledge and professionalism is second to none and this made me feel so confident to go forward with a treatment plan with her. My main concerns were my under eyes, they were dark and hollow and my jowl and neck area. The consultation was very thorough with a skin analysis and 3D images to help us to choose a plan. Dr Raquel has helped to completely transformed these concerns I had by using a combination of treatments to boost my natural collagen production giving me a natural glow, firmer appearance and all over better skin texture and appearance. I now feel confident in my skin and know how to care for my skin at home with a proper skincare routine because of the knowledge Raquel has given me about what it needs to stay healthy. I saw Dr Paulina Charlesworth to discuss a weight loss regime. I had recently had a total hip replacement and although I wasn’t in the obese category, ongoing problems with my knees as well as my other hip, suggested that losing some weight would be a good idea. Almost immediately on arrival at her surgery, Dr Paulina asked me whether I had rheumatoid arthritis – I realised she was looking intently at my hands. I told her that I did not have rheumatoid arthritis as I had tested negatively for it by my GP just a week or so earlier. Dr Paulina remained very concerned about the appearance of my hands, even bringing a book over to explain the various signs of severe arthritis that she could see. During our conversation, I told her about my hip replacement and all my other joint problems – I could see she was concerned for my health. Quite honestly, I was surprised at her genuine warmth and concern for my overall health when I had simply come for weight loss advice. Dr Paulina’s concern for my health resulted in her offering to write a letter for me, free of charge, so that I could make an appointment with a Consultant Rheumatologist and have my hands and joints checked properly. I had that appointment with the Rheumatologist last week, who confirmed that I had not Rheumatoid, but severe Osteoarthritis, and more surprisingly that I have a Hypermobility Syndrome! Finding out that I have a Hypermobility Syndrome explains SO MUCH about all the problems I have had over the years as my loose ligaments have caused early onset Osteoarthritis. I can’t believe that it took 62 years to find out what was at the cause of so much pain throughout my life, including skin problems as the hypermobility affects collagen and the skin too. A big THANK YOU to Dr Paulina for taking the time to help me discover what was wrong with me! Really, her care for my overall health was astonishing. Also…I’ve lost 10lbs which is a very good thing too!

I would highly recommend Nadia. I have used a number of different aesthetic clinics and I have to be very careful as I can be quite reactive and have ended up with had droopy lids, puffy eyes and a heavy head feeling before. Not with Nadia, she is very thorough and knowledgeable and knows the face anatomy well, which has resulted in the best results I have ever had.

I have just had another amazing microneedling appointment with Jo. This is to treat issues with acne and congestion that I’ve been trying to deal with for years. I’ve also recently started having issues with hyperpigmentation that the procedure can also help with. It’s been 2 weeks since the appointment and my skin just keeps getting better and better! This really helps me feel more confident and now I don’t have to wear foundation every day. As always Jo was incredibly professional and walked me through the steps, checked in throughout the procedure to see how I was doing. Also super helpful to be talked through after care. Can’t wait for my next appointment

I’ve had my lips done twice by marina she’s extremely professional, kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I had literally zero bruising and am very happy with the results! She’s great at what she does and I would recommend her 100 percent !!

I had my first appointment with Dr Chris last week, I was really impressed with his professionalism. He explained the treatments really well including the products used, expected outcomes and aftercare. This further reinforced my confidence in choosing the treatments I had done. I was quite anxious as it was my first time having filler but he kept calm and reassured me throughout. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results, better than I expected and minimal downtime. I would definitely recommend Dr Chris and will definitely be going back to see him when it’s time for a top up!

London quality in Medway! I was looking for a local aesthetics for ages and luckily came across SKIN Lounge. I had been to a couple of local salons but they wasn’t as professional or as high quality as my experiences in London, but it was too far and time consuming for me to go there often. Skin Lounge definitely has the highest quality treatments and staff. I have had microneedling, laser hair removal and the iPixel, all of which I have been guided through properly and been able to make my own mind up with no pressure. Their app and loyalty scheme is super handy and they do great deals often.

Ever since I read a daily mail article about rogue beauticians I've been really careful who I use. There's a lot of fake 'beauty therapists' out there with no real qualifications. Now I only use Dr Hammond, she's a fully licensed GMC registered doctor, she's professional and my appointments always run on time. Also, I tell her exactly how I want my treatments and she always delivers. 10/10 would recommend!
