I booked my appointment on line. This was extremely easy with a good choice of available dates and times and male/ female Doctor. The appointment was confirmed immediately and then a number of reminder emails and text ( the 4.30 am one was a bit too early for me !). On line directions to the clinic were ‘ just ok’ by the link provided. I had an idea of where it was however imagine a ‘travelling’ client may get lost ; in particular on the final roundabout. There is a contact number and local people will know where it is. The clinic is well located with plenty of parking however is upstairs ( lift available). Gary, the receptionist is very welcoming and efficient at booking in. My appointment was on time and Dr Finbar and Elaine were very professional and extremely efficient. For the skin check, I needed to strip down to my underwear. This was completed in stages and my modesty respected at all times with Elaine remaining present and offering assistance throughout.
