I had my first-ever Botox treatment with Janice, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous at first, but she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave really honest advice—there was never any pressure to do more than what felt right for me. One of the main reasons I chose Janice was because she’s a medical injector, which was really important to me. Knowing I was in the hands of someone with a medical background gave me so much confidence, and it definitely contributed to how comfortable I felt throughout the whole process. The clinic had such a welcoming atmosphere, and the treatment itself was quick and painless. I already love how fresh and natural my results look. I’m so happy I took the plunge, and I’ll definitely be back for further treatments like Profhilo to help maintain my new glow. If you’re thinking about Botox or any aesthetic treatments, I can’t recommend Janice enough!

My first time at Eden Medical and it was 5 stars all around, i went for AWI and spoke with Dr Rachel about what I wanted my outcome to be and she talked me through her thinking process with where she was going to place the AWI for what the desired effect would be! 10/10 would recommend 🤩

I have hallowing on the right side of my face. Its really got me down in the last couple of years. I booked in for tear trough and Tanya only gave me the slightest amount. She instead put filler around where ive naturally lost fat from loosing weight. Cant recommend this woman enough jesus shes a wizard

Clara is fantastic at what she does.Not only has she created a welcoming and beautiful clinic, she takes time to explain everything clearly and gives sound advice which is clearly given on her wealth of knowledge and experience . My first time ever having filler/Botox and from the minute I walked through the door I felt so at ease, from the reception and filling out forms, to being in the room with Sophie, Dr Bonny and the other girls who were training, discussing the treatment of course and exactly what way I wanted it with compliments galore. Not for one minute did I feel uneasy, or uncomfortable.
