As travellers from Canada, encountering my mother become ill unexpectedly was very stressful. This clinic did an outstanding job in helping her to receive excellent care, in a very timely manner. We arrived three hours ahead of our appointment as my mom’s condition just deteriorated so quickly and they managed to get her seen as quickly as possible. Very grateful for their care and attention. I struggled to find a practitioner for my medical as it's a bit left of field, its also crucial that it is done as it is a criteria for a visa. The team at Stonegate bent over backwards to provide a customised service that fitted my needs and get me in on the same day. Went to Stonegate Medical Clinic for my cold and asthma. Dr M Kavu was very thorough in her diagnosis and her prescription (given my allergies). Reception was of high standard. Highly recommend this practice.

I had a consultation recently with Mr Smith re: upper blepharoplasty. I had wanted this procedure done for many years and had taken lots of time to research clinics anf surgeons. The clinic was very calm and reception staff very welcoming. I found Mr Smith to be very professional, approachable, and personable. He fully explained the procedure and risks/healing journey. After assessing me, he explained he didn't recommend the procedure for me currently and explained the reasons why I wasn't really suitable. Although I was disappointed, (and still am!) as I wasn't expecting that outcome, and had finally plucked up the courage to book a consultant, I appreciated his honesty and sense of professional responsibility and ethical standards. I will definitely book into Coppergate again in the future if I'm considering any other procedures.
