Very disappointing service. I went for tear trough filler with Jo. In the first appointment I barely noticed any corrective difference and said at the time it was hardly noticeable. She explained that we should start little. So I booked another appointment. After the second appointment more work still needed to be done. Then due to not injecting properly, the tyndal effect was created on my right eye. I said within 3 days that something didn’t look right, as there was a very obvious purple lump. Jo ignored the mistake and said it was bruising. I came back 3 weeks later and she admitted at this point that it was the tyndal effect. Had she admitted the mistake originally, it could have been quickly rectified. They did honour a correction free of charge, however the correction still resulted in the tyndal effect on my right eye. Throughout the process at each appointment, Jo did not respect my views about the treatment I wanted and claimed that there was “nothing there” to correct. She also did this when there was a very obvious swollen lump and tyndal effect, saying she can “hardly see anything”. If nothing else, this is completely belittling the customers experience of the issue and minimising it, whilst denying the mistake. When I spoke to the manager Heather and explained that I was not happy, she claimed that Jo had done everything as she should. There was no compensation offered and I have now had to start the process again with another clinic. The mistake of Coppergate Clinic has cost me hundreds of pounds to correct. A decent clinic would have offered at least part compensation. I would not recommend this clinic.

I had a consultation recently with Mr Smith re: upper blepharoplasty. I had wanted this procedure done for many years and had taken lots of time to research clinics anf surgeons. The clinic was very calm and reception staff very welcoming. I found Mr Smith to be very professional, approachable, and personable. He fully explained the procedure and risks/healing journey. After assessing me, he explained he didn't recommend the procedure for me currently and explained the reasons why I wasn't really suitable. Although I was disappointed, (and still am!) as I wasn't expecting that outcome, and had finally plucked up the courage to book a consultant, I appreciated his honesty and sense of professional responsibility and ethical standards. I will definitely book into Coppergate again in the future if I'm considering any other procedures.

I have received 6 sessions of facial laser hair removal over the past six months with Janine. I have seen a remarkable reduction in dark facial hair since beginning the sessions. Following a patch test and initial consultation, I booked a course of six treatments. I always felt comfortable during the sessions and am surprised how quick and painless each session was. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend to others who have dark facial hair due to PCOS.
