I was very impressed with skin excellence clinic, on arrival you are made to feel welcome & offered refreshments. Dr strawford was very professional & knowledgeable, giving options of treatments & talking them through with a very honest approach. I was given information leaflets, samples & costings for my treatment plan to take away & evaluate. All very relaxed with no hard sell 😊.

Blown away by the quality of treatment from Alison and Wendy. They took their time in asking questions and listened patiently, I never felt rushed. The treatment plan was most definitely personal to me and not an “off the shelf one size fits all”. They go out of their way to treat any symptoms and I’d most definitely say they go above and beyond anything you’d expect. Excellent treatment, excellent bedside manner and and overall excellent experience.

Dr. Alison Elsey came highly recommended. This is a thorough, personal consultation with her; lots of time to discuss all of my concerns regarding Menopause and for all examinations, blood tests, height, weight, etc to be completed. Prescriptions are efficiently dealt with and medication was delivered to my home within days. Every member of staff I met was kind, considerate and thoughtful. I hope that every menopausal women in the South West gets to hear about what is available here at Menopause Decisions Ltd. I left my appointment feeling relieved and happy that I have found such a brilliant service, knowing that I can contact them again and again when I need to.
