My post went really fast and great no delay at all. My surgery was 5 AM the next day. I was already there before five soon as I get there, some lady was already ready to take me inn. She took me in immediately and asked my mom to go downstairs to wait. I love the idea of waiting downstairs because parents and guardian won’t overcrowd the reception and make it look like a Butcher center. All necessary things were done. My anesthesiologist was a very sweet and handsome man. He was so kind with his words, so professional he made sure he explained everything to me when he saw the nervousness in me. A very Patient man! I have thick skin so my vein is kind of difficult to find, but this man did it with ease. It wasn’t up to five minutes anesthesiologist left the room. Dr. Moradian walked in with a big smile that brightened my morning. Those smiles give me hope! (This will be successful ) he was looking so excited and energetic I said to myself if my doctor can be this happy damn I’m diff in good hands(hope was reactivated in me) I was ease out and pressure dropped. Dr moradian walked me in to the surgery room himself, his bed manners was out of this world, the best part was how he put his hands on my stomach, like a father, not even a doctor. He was so involved in every process and nothing can compare with such level of experience and professionalism. I woke up in this very warm, nice balloon blowing hot air, I think help control my pain I don’t know what the balloon is called. (can’t even remember if it’s a balloon) And I wasn’t rushed out or kicked out of the facility after my surgery. I had some hours in the Hot Air before my mum arrived. I wasn’t left in that room by myself. Two nurses were there. They are young vibrant ladies as soon as I make a sound, they were there to call my name and make sure I’m ok. They were so attentive and efficient. This place is not run like a surgery center, It doesn’t feel like a surgery center,It feels like I’m in an actual hospital. Today I am six weeks postopp and I want to say, from the day one of my surgery I was looking like a bag of ice cream, and right now I’m looking like the whole factory. Dr. Moradian did his big one on me. I told him I don’t wanna look like a video vixen, I wanna look natural and elegant, I am a tall girl and I have long legs. Please don’t make me look like a horse. This man literally made me look like Princess Diana Nobody is ever gonna know I have a surgery, everything was done perfectly I am looking like a Snack. Dr gave me the best body anybody can ever dream of. (I am going to be uploading pictures of yourself and you guys gonna see for yourself). Icon cosmetic center is one of the best facility in Miami. Mind you when I was doing my research I made contact with alot of facilities and I don’t think any service they offer can beat Icon. the girls at Icon cosmetic are young, vibrant, energetic, always ready to help, always ready to answer your questions. Dr. Moradian assistant she Always ready to give you answers even if they don’t have answers they’re always gonna tell you hold on let me clarify, no misinformation, no bad vibe or attitude. I don’t think any customer service can ever beat that the level professionalism. Also big shout out to my massage therapist that Ladi is God sent. I wish I can speak Spanish so I can Communicate with her more, she is highly experienced, loving and kind. She has so much knowledge about postopp care So much information to share with you. I have zero complication after my surgery no fibrosis no seroma nothing. For my post opp I saw Dr assistant the first day, and Dr himself twice before I left for home. Dr. Moradian still answers all my questions whenever I reached out. I want to say thank you to all the team at Icon cosmetic who works so hard to make sure each and every patient get the best and especially to my doctor for giving me the body of no return! And And most importantly his kindness. I am truly grateful for the care and attention i received In this facility.
