Plenitude Med Spa is truly a hidden gem tucked away in Coral Gables. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Christina greeted me with a warm, beautiful smile that immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience. I had the 45-minute Evolve X (Tone) treatment, which is an FDA-approved body contouring system using radiofrequency energy and electromagnetic pulses. It’s designed for fat reduction and skin tightening — and it did not disappoint. Anaelle, who performed my treatment, was incredibly thorough and professional. She explained the process clearly and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment itself felt soothing yet effective — like a high-tech workout for your muscles, without lifting a finger! My skin felt firmer and more toned even after just one session, and I’m excited to return for more. The spa is spotless, modern, and serene — everything you’d want in a med spa experience. Amazing Medspa with a great staff that helps with any needs you may have. I went in for the luxury facial. My esthetician started with a relaxing neck massage followed by essential oil inhalations to relax the body, mind and soul. She was intentional and her focus was using massage techniques to lift and plump the skin. She did an analysis. Masks, extractions, chemical masks, and oils, serums with ice globes. She did not use led treatments or steam because she usually does steam for acne prone skin. Instead they have an amazing salt room made of naturals salt walls and lights and she led me In a chamber with red led treatment. I sat there for 10 mins so I got a full body red light treatment which was even better. They gave mint tea, robe, slippers and an inspirational book to read. 10/10 reccomend this place !! They offer monthly memberships also !
