Dr Rachel was excellent from start to finish - booking an appointment was straightforward and she took time to listen to what I wanted from the treatments, and gave me a chance to ask questions. I felt she really made sure I was happy with what was going to be done rather than rushing into it (as I have experienced before with other practitioners).
