Went for a spa day with 6 others, family and friends. From the moment we were met on the driveway we felt totally welcomed by Vanessa and her team. Greeted with tea, coffee and a selection of pastries whilst filling in the forms then shown where we would be chilling for the day. Lovely pool and sauna, we had a great day, nothing was too much to ask for. We all had a treatment, a real selection. Compliments from all my group on the facial, massage, manicures and pedicures that we had. Lunch was great, loads of food and a wide selection. We were celebrating a birthday so we had pre ordered some prosecco with Vanessa as well. Trying to get a date together to book the next spa day!

Dr. Effie is incredible. She is so knowledgable and incredibly skilled at what she does. I received a wonderful unprompted compliment at work this week about my skin and it’s all down to Effie. She’s so thorough and has been working with me to find treatments & products that really are right for me. Being a Dr. led clinic is incredible and you know you really are in safe hands. She’s a joy to talk to and I’m so pleased with my results already after only a few weeks. Excited to see where the rest of the journey takes me!

My Skin has rejuvenated!! I came in to see Emily as I was suffering from breakouts and I was feeling super conscious. During lockdown I was seeing my skin more without make-up. I came in to see Emily and she took the time to take a look at my skin & current skin regime and told me her professional recommendations. I am very impressed by Mayfair Aesthetics. Before I started my course of treatment, I did a lot a research into the types of laser suitable for darker skins and found out that Mayfair used one of the best laser hair removal machines. Apart from the equipment, the level of attention to detail blew me away. They are so careful to make sure that your skin will not be adversely affected by the treatment because of something you are using or taking, such as certain medicines which are light sensitive. This made me feel confident of their approach to the well being of their clients. The staff have been great; both friendly and professional. I noticed a difference after 2 treatments. I am so glad that I didn’t have to fly out to get the hair transplant done. I have had few consultations here in the UK and pretty much all of them offered me a date within few days but when I met with Dr. Shaan for a free consultation, the first question he asked was if I still have an active hair loss… if so, we need to treat that first and that was the selling point for me to go with Royal Wharf Clinic because that demonstrated that he cares and not there to just print money :0) whereas none of the other clinics asked me that and made me feel like I am just another client. I finally had a Hair transplant for maybe bit more expensive than abroad but given what I got in the package is absolutely fantastic. I went for the premium package (totally worth it). I had a pick & drop from home (great help), off course the FUE procedure, Lunch, 4 x PRP’s + Biotin, complimentary T-shit & Tracksuit, medication + post-op care kit, 4 x follow up consultations with Dr. Shaan which was the key for me. Some of my friends got it done abroad and struggled with after care. There is so much you need to know post procedure and the most, mental satisfaction to know that if something goes wrong, you can drive up to the clinic. My experience on the day was way better than I anticipated. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and accordingly to the plan. They ensured my comfort (as it can be bit painful) and made me feel like I am in save hands. Netflix & music was a plus on the day, it takes your mind away from what’s going around your, as lying down for 7-8 hours straight is not easy :0). I cannot praise enough Dr. Shaan, Dr. Mansi, Technician Indra & others for the care and support they have provided to me through out. I also got to meet the managing director (Sunny) on the day and was very impressed by his humbleness & professionalism. It has been 3 months since I had the procedure & I am very pleased with the outcome & few follow ups since. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

As someone who has really struggled with acne and skin issues for a long time, after just one facial with Suzelly and following her recommendations for under 8 weeks I had the most amazing results (see photos below- first Mid May the night before my first facial and the second in early July after my second appt🤩). Cannot recommend Our Skin Clinic enough. Suzelly is so knowledgable and honestly does miracles. I had an acne facial and I left looking so so much better.
