This was my first time having Botox and I was quite nervous, but Becca made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and I’m honestly so happy with the results! It looks really natural—just a fresher, more rested version of me. If you’re thinking about getting Botox but feel a bit unsure, I can’t recommend Becca enough. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely wants you to feel your best. So glad I trusted her with my first experience!

I loved every minute of it, Andrea ensured that I was comfortable and warm and she explained all the different aspects of this beautiful facial., as an added bonus she gave me a lovely arm and hand massage whilst I was relaxing under the red light LED mask. I am absolutely glowing ✨️ I'll be back, thank you 😊

I consider Mr Fiore to be a true artist and sculptor in his field .I would not hesitate to recommend him .

My daughter has been attending the Lumiere skin clinic since January this year. She had really bad Comedones under her skin on her face which we had tried every product over the last couple of years and nothing had worked. She had even tried the contraceptive pill and still no better. She was very conscious of her skin and it effected her confidence we then found Lumiere. Anelia has been treating her now for several months and it is definitely making a difference (even though not still fully clear) which we have been told is normal. All the ladies are very welcoming to us when we arrived and my daughter loves Anelia,she always so caring towards her. Hopefully one day she will be fully clear. 🤞🏼

1st visit: First time visiting VB Health and had an appointment with Vicky McCall, the podiatrist. She was friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend her services. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. 2nd visit: It was my first time having blood taken by Vicky Broughton, who was very accommodating, as I’m slightly nervous when it comes to blood tests. She was lovely and very patient. Afterwards, there was no bruising whatsoever — which is a first! I cannot recommend Vicky enough, as she completely put me at ease. Many thanks!
