I had a massage with Sophie, it was exactly what I needed. She made the whole experience feel so calm and relaxing. You can tell she really cares about what she does, every part of the massage was thoughtful, unrushed, and genuinely brilliant. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely restored. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a proper reset.

I’ve been lucky enough to have multiple treatments from Sophie and they have always been exceptional. Pressure is always checked but in my case Soph gets it perfect first time anyway. The playlist was perfectly curated and a refreshing change from the usual wind chimes and whale song. The room at Treat is warm and inviting and the whole visit was relaxing from start to finish. Thank you Sophie!

From the moment I entered the building I felt a very special ‘vibe’. Gemma was on reception and was so professional, welcoming and just a wonderful person to have ‘ front of house’ . Thank you Gemma. Gaynor was brilliant and had my feet feeling comfortable in no time. She explained everything beautifully, gave me advice and was very professional and a lovely person. Thanks Treat Norwich .
