I had a sports massage with David who listened when I advised of the areas I was experiencing issues with and then focused on those as part of the massage. David was able to advise if there was tightness in these areas. My muscles felt lighter and more relaxed following the session. I would very much recommend.

I have had great treatment here. Cassie knows exactly what to do, and she's great fun too, so I always look forward to my massage. She has made a really big difference to my health and movement. Highly recommended.

My first acupuncture session was amazing! Rebecca did a very thorough consultation before the session & explained everything in detail. The needles didn't hurt at all & the whole experience was super relaxed. Perfect way to spend a couple of hours.

Such a friendly and helpful appointment! I was nervous but Claire put me at ease. I feel so hopeful now I've got some physio exercises to continue with and all the information I need. I would definitely recommend. Also, walking into Treat was quite wonderful! Such a calm atmosphere straight off and a gorgeous smell throughout the building. I booked a massage for me and my mother with Sue and David - the experience was absolutely fantastic! I was massaged by David and he understood very quickly what areas needed extra care. His attentiveness and technique throughout the hour was outstanding, I felt very at ease. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her massage with Sue also! I can’t recommend Cassandra Goldsack highly enough. She had previously got rid of my teenage daughter’s headaches through several Indian Head Massage treatments, which we were so grateful for. I have now had two holistic massages with her and they are honestly the best massages I have ever had! She is so knowledgeable and experienced. Absolutely loved coming here, as soon as you go in everyone is so friendly and welcoming, me and my partner went for a couples massage and the people doing it were amazing and made sure of any issues we are currently having if they needed to work on anything specific etc. the massage itself was the best one I have had from anywhere and also came out of it learning as to why I’m having certain issues with my body. We shall be coming back every few weeks as not only is it relaxing but just one session alone has made our bodies feel better, let alone when we’re all back up to scratch!
