I am midway through my current treatment plan and I would like to provide a very positive review for The Clinic! The team are very professional and super friendly and make you feel very comfortable whilst in the clinic. You’re warmly greeted with a lovely tea or coffee (and chocolate!) in a comfortable chair while waiting for your appointment. Their knowledge is fantastic and they provide great after-care advice and the consultation appointment gives you everything you need to know ahead of your planned treatment. Highly recommend. Steven

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic today! The entire team were so lovely, warm and welcoming, and they instantly made me feel comfortable. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different treatments they offer, which are all fantastic! I’m really looking forward to starting both my hair and skin journeys with them. I left my appointment feeling super excited and confident that I’m in great hands! Xx

100% 5 stars! Had an amazing first visit to The Clinic yesterday. Beautiful place with such lovely staff. Joolia was so professional and just the nicest person. Made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly and my treatment was straightforward and simple, so much easier than I was anticipating. It was a very hot day and with the thought of it all I had a slight faint afterwards and they took such good care of me. I couldn’t fault anything at all about my experience. I already can’t wait for my next visit! Thank you Joolia and team! X

Fantastic place really enjoyed the oxygen tent felt fantastic when I came out.. So I’m now a regular. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming…. Also very knowledgeable on all products provided… I left the Clinic feeling 100% better every time I’ve been….

Absolutely love coming to the clinic. Joolia is absolutely amazing at her job. She, as well as the whole team, are so lovely, bubbly and kind. They make you feel super relaxed as soon as you walked through the door. I've had 2 treatments so far and am so happy with the results. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I had my appointment with Jooles to discuss The perfect Peel. After having photos and seeing before and after photos and discussing other alternatives. I have book my first procedure. Jooles and the other therapist are lovely they make you feel totally relaxed don’t rush and explain everything in detail. I left feeling totally confident in my decision and knowing they are fully trained and registered to carry out the procedure I need done. I will be posting some photos after I’ve had this done

I had Steph do my lips and my micro needling recently. I was extremely happy with the outcome of both procedures. The clinic is absolutely beautiful, located in a beautiful part of the city. The service is wonderful and the girls in the clinic are so down to earth and make you instantly feel comfortable. I was so happy with Stephanie, she was very assertive, explained everything to me the benefits and the after care etc. we also had a giggle and made me feel at ease all the time. Outstanding service, I will be returning. Thank you! X
