My husband couldn't get an appointment for a revision (they didn't inject enough, so the muscles did not stop moving). When he was able to make an appointment, they called him on the day saying that it is 2 days too late to do a revision. Communication is non-existent tbh. Now he wasted money on the injection and got zero effect.

Bad product and bad service. I wasn’t seen until 30mins after my appointment time and was not warned they were running behind when I checked in. I got Botox and after 2 weeks my forehand still had full movement. I went in for a top up and after another 2 weeks still had full movement in my forehead. I emailed them about this and didn’t hear back from them. When I sent a follow up message they finally replied saying they couldn’t do anything about it, but said I could come back in 3 months and pay for more Botox. When I replied expressing disappointment in their customer service I heard nothing back. Would not recommend this place. The price had also changed considerably from the time I booked the appointment so was charged a lot more than expected

I have been coming to M1 Beauty for my filler treatments, and I can honestly say it has been such a positive experience every single time. The doctors here are not only extremely professional but also very skilled at what they do. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand the procedure and feel completely comfortable before starting. What I really appreciate is how understanding and approachable the doctors are. They listen carefully to what I want to achieve and give me honest, realistic advice so that the results look natural and suit me personally. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, which makes such a difference compared to other clinics I’ve tried in the past. The clinic itself is also clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, polite, and always make me feel comfortable. From the moment I arrive to the moment I leave, I feel very well looked after. Thank you so much to the entire team at M1 Beauty for always taking such good care of me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my treatments now – highly recommend to anyone considering fillers or other aesthetic treatments

Avoid! I don't know what they are thinking doing business like this in 2025. Firstly, upon my arrival they had changed the price for my anti wrinkle procedure from 119 to 159 pounds without prior warning. When I booked the appointment a month earlier, I double checked with them, that the price was correct and they assured me it was. Don't know if this is how they lure clients in, but it's highly unprofessional. On top of that, the anti-wrinkle effect only took to my upper forehead and the lower part still has deep wrinkles 8 days in. If you see a lot of 5 star reviews here, it's because they give you some free samples or something for leaving them a review. Very disappointing.

Amazing service here- the most friendly receptionist Maya & The best experience I've had with a medical professional. Dr Baral was the first doctor to talk me through my products properly and explain it. Thank you for the great service and so glad I've found my regular Botox lady
