Sadly my experience wasn’t as professional as it could have been. I have had micro needling many times and this was more micro scratchy dragging! Firstly, the booking in experience was chaotic with no idea what treatment I was having . Then the treatment asked for felt rushed and not thorough enough, missing many parts of my face . No consultation given. I had to continuously ask questions Of what was being done, how it would be executed and where exactly the treatment would be given to address my concerns. Exosome product seems to not be in existence online and the end of treatment was a mirror being shoved in my face . You definitely get what you pay for . Lesson learnt .

Had a terribly bad experience. The handling is rough and it was very painful after treating. Little improvement rather than they said. Not any after caring service available. Either without any help for me to solve the problem even after I got burnt on my face.

I had really good experience at Pureskin. Jenny did me a radio frequency treatment. All staff here are very welcoming and helpful. The prices are good too(They do promotions at the moment.) good location to take a break during shopping at Selfridges. Will definitely come back for more treatments!
