After been referred by my dermatologist to One Welbeck after my skin cancer biopsie came back positive i had a pre meeting with consultant Dr Anand who took his time to explained the different type of treatment and jointly we devoted to go for Mohs surgery .. less than the week later on a saturday morning witch was very convenient i went for the treatment, again Mr Anand went trough the process with details and put me at ease .. his team Fred and Fadumo were in hand as well to make sure i was not nervous and look after me well during the waiting time between each treatment . Three days later i saw Dr Opel for a skin reconstruction again she make me at ease and explained clearly all the different steps and option her nurse assistant Matas was lovely too making sure i was comfortable trough the procedure and after and he went trough the aftercare and made the follow up appointment to remove the stitches . Onewelbeck is modern , super clean , easy to access and had one of the best customer service wich is comforting . highly recommend

I recently saw Mr. Hamilton at One Welbeck. Although it turned out to be a small procedure, I was concerned it could have potentially been a serious issue, and I was quite concerned beforehand. Both Mr. Hamilton and his assistant Matas were incredibly kind, reassuring, and professional throughout. I was seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and the whole experience was handled with real care and attention. I’m so grateful for their prompt and thorough approach — I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’m now waiting for the histology results but hopefully all is well. One Welbeck is easily located not far from Oxford Circus spotlessly clean and well run. Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Trish, Angie, Hannah and the new nurse (I’m sorry I forgot the name!) for helping me with my skin condition. Great experience in the clinic thanks to these ladies. My skin is looking way better which is greatly appreciated (also got some tan from all the UVB).

I'm very happy with all of the treatment I received at OneWelbeck. For someone with a family history of malignant melanoma, the digital mole mapping service is excellent. I was treated by Dr Lacy, who reassured me throughout every stage. Additionally, Marissa, the Nurse I saw, was lovely!

I recently had a minor procedure to remove a skin tag with Dr. Philips, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Philips made me feel completely at ease — professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. The procedure was quick, painless, and done with such precision that I barely noticed it was happening. A week later, I returned to have the stitches removed by Nurse Marissa, who was equally wonderful. She was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The wound healed beautifully, thanks to their excellent care. Both Dr. Philips and Nurse Marissa showed genuine kindness, attention to detail, and a level of professionalism that made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing similar treatment — you’ll be in the best hands!

From the moment I met Dr. Lynch, I felt at ease with his expertise. Dr. Seaton performed Mohs surgery on my face, and i am very pleased with what he did. It was done 2 weeks ago, and already the scar is healing well which I am most grateful for. I would definitely recommend him, thank you Dr. Seaton. Also, Marissa took my stitches out last week, and she did a fantastic job of reassuring me and how to care for the wound and help it heal as best as possible. Thank you!
