Anna is lovely, professional and knowledgeable, she isn't someone who doesn't fully understand treatments, science and how to effectively get results nor use treatments that don't actually work but appear to short term, like I've foolishly shelled out lots of money for for in the past. My experience has been the treatments I've had I achieved the best results, from only 2 so far, due to her knowledge and skill, whilst understanding I will need them maintained. Nice local location, clean, welcoming and friendly, but, Anna maintains professionalism which I personally find excellent, necessary and reassuring when trusting someone to use equipment that requires it. Overall, excellent.
