Absolutely outstanding ! I couldn’t wish to feel more relaxed safe and welcomed at Medispa everything is explained, understood what my needs are and the results are outstanding I couldn’t be happier - a pure treat from beginning to end and I cannot rate the service and level of perfection the team always deliver ! If your considering visiting I wouldn’t hesitate one of the best experiences and I truly wouldn’t visit anywhere else - thank you to everyone especially Dan who I trust implicitly !

Barbara was very informative and explained how acne forms. At the end of the consultation, I got sent home with a few products for my oily skin, I've only been using it for a week and it works a treat! Definitely will be coming back!

I cannot rate the team of Medi-Spa 28 highly enough! I was fortunate to find them some years ago when my previous aesthetician retired, and WOW! What a stroke of luck! It was like finding the hidden jewel in the heart of Stafford! Their care and attention is off the chart. My choice of treatments mean that I book with either Barbara or Dan, and both have exactly the same ethics and attention to detail. It can be nerve-wracking putting yourself in someone else’s hands, but they calmly imbue total confidence and I have never felt in safer hands; they are always patient and sympathetic to requests, will guide and advise with consideration, are realistic in their advice, and genuinely want to help you be your best self. I look forward to each and every visit, not just because I always feel I walk out just that little bit taller and shining a little more brightly, but it’s always a super enjoyable experience, too. Several of my family have also visited the team following my recommendation, and all have been equally delighted. If you’re considering a treatment, give them a call. I hired out Medi-Spa 28 for my birthday party in June. From the time I dropped the cakes and decorations off at lunchtime ready for the evening, Barbara put me at my ease she could see I was stressing and took that stress away from me. I arrived in the evening and the table of food was amazing and laid put beautifully with candles and decorations. The evening went amazingly well and everyone had a fantastic time. I would 100% recommend Spa28 for any celebration. The whole spa is spotlessly clean and stunning. Thankyou Barbara 🥰

We held our daughter’s Hen Party at The Spa. From the initial discussions until we left at the end Barbara and her team could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. The day was a great success and was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The organisation was fantastic, a great achievement considering the number attending and the numerous treatments delivered on the day. Nibbles and cupcakes were delicious. Facilities are fabulous and the cleanliness and classy decor are just perfect, providing a first class setting for our daughter’s special day. Thanks so much xx

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. They made us feel right at home and couldn’t do enough for us. Every detail was taken care of, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was delicious, and the facial was amazing – my skin felt incredible afterwards. This spa really knows how to make you feel special. Booked a team Spa day today and couldn’t have been more delighted. The whole experience was incredible from the minute we arrived. The environment was warm and inviting with impressive luxury touches in every corner. Very well thought through from start to finish - with treatments were a perfect way to round up the day.
