Very Happy Client!! I had my blephoplasty start of December & i was quite nervous to be honest & Dr Ian Morgan was incredible & very honest i went in wanting more than just an upper blephoplasty an ian reassured me that i only needed the upper lids and im glad i listened to him. The staff & Nurse Kelly were fabulous, to be honest they made me feel so reassured they were so kind & helpful Kelly also listened to other questions i had and helped me with a few other things. I’m such a worrier an these guys were amazing for putting up with me! Day of my surgery was great, every little thing explained to me! it was completely painless & even straight after? an also weeks no pain just a little tightness from the swelling which was minimal i also had hardly any bruising? which was mad as a lot of people had said you bruise quite bad? all i had was swelling slight puffiness! I’m 8 weeks in an all i can say is Dr Morgan you’ve changed my life! i feel so much more confident i can actually where eye makeup! i feel 10times younger! i’m just over the moon! The scarring is so minimal and this is just 7/8 weeks! I’m going back in 2months for another review tiny bit of swelling on inner of right eye but very minimal. I Just want to say a massive thank you to Ian & his incredible team! You’ve given me back my confidence and that is massive xxxx

Dr Ian Morgan was my second opinion as I had UK Skin Dr Braham who only carries out consultations via WhatsApp with photos text me that I'm not a good candidate for eyelid surgery (hooded eyelids) When I texted back asking why. I was told he believes the surgery won't improve my puffy eyelids. I texted is there anything else I could have. I was told eyebrow lift surgery but Dr Braham doesn't do that surgery. I was very upset and depressed at the thought I will have to just live with hooded eyelids. A nurse highly recommended Dr Ian Morgan at Soul care aesthetics. I didn't carry much hope to be honest because of what Dr Braham stated via WhatsApp. Well this is why one should always seek a second opinion . Dr Ian Mogan was lovely so down to earth and humble. He said I would be a ideal candidate for upper eyelid surgery. He showed me where my eyelid was dropping and causing heaviness. He was quite shocked when I told him what Dr Braham had said. He said that is quite naughty as all consultations should be seen in person. He explained everything to me and didn't rush me despite all the questions I had. I was so happy I booked there and then even though Dr Morgan advised I take my time and read all the information they are only a phonecall away there is no rush. I told Dr Morgan that his my final opinion and I've looked into this for a couple of years now. I came out on such a high. Unless you suffer with hooded eyelids that sadly only get worse with age then it's hard for many to understand how it affects one's confidence. As a woman when you can't wear eyeshadow or apply false lashes because your eyelids are getting in the way, it really does affect you mentally. I had the surgery in July 2024 and I am very happy I did. It's a minor surgery but very effective my eyes look more alert and awake. Dr Morgan and his staff were brilliant they all put me at ease. It was so quick too. Dr Morgan showed me me the removed extra eyelid skin and fat afterwards, you see how it weighs your eyelids and makes them heavier. Best of all is the post aftercare. Dr Morgan has follow ups with you. Even the NHS don't do this after many surgeries they just sign you off. Dr Morgan I've now seen a week after my surgery to have stitches removed, then 6 weeks, then 3 months etc. This is really good. I can't believe this advanced highly qualified surgeon remains so down to earth and humble. He really is one in a million. His definitely been a part of my journey to improving myself. Thank you Dr Morgan beacuse if I hadn't of met and had my consultation with you I would still have my hooded eyelids and avoiding the mirror! 🎯💯🤲🏾

Mr Ian Morgan Surgeon worst medical scaring experienced in 40yrs. lied about small 2.5cm semi-circle scaring at my temples ended up hacking in to my ears. Constantly snapped stitches on 2 seperate procedurs so deep the nurse 4 of them had to leave them in to surface themselves it 6 months for them to clear with yellow puss and red areas. On my second final visit Mr Morgan was trying to make improvements from mmy first visit when nearing the end of my left side temple I told him I felt I couldnt continue. His nurse asked me if was ok I said no but Mr Morgan was not listening he had become distracted in some sort of sleepy mode it was at this point his nurse left up and came to my aid telling Mr Morgon in no uncertain terms to stop. What exactly he was doing he never acknowledge me and left the room. I am continuing negotiations with Birtish Medical Council where they are simply denying everything and refuse to discuss the matter after 1 email.
