I've been going to Liam for the past few months and he has never let me down. He's honest and I trust him. The botox he done for me two weeks ago was the best! He definitely knows what he is doing. He's a great character and I look forward to having him do my treatments. Also the receptionist is lovely!! This clinic (Shepherds Bush)is by far the best I've ever gone to! This place doesn’t even deserve one star. LADIES, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE — it’s a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked in, everything felt off. I had booked two procedures, showed up on time, and was still forced to wait over 30 minutes without explanation. When the doctor finally appeared, she told me I couldn’t do the filler because I was traveling in two weeks — a rule that was never mentioned before, and one that makes no medical sense. Trying to find a solution, I calmly explained I was willing to reschedule my flight just to do the injections that day, and she coldly replied that it was too late because she had another client. Sorry, what? I booked two procedures — how are you double-booking appointments? She also had the nerve to say that appointments are only 15 minutes. That’s a joke. It takes 10 minutes just for the numbing cream to kick in. So what do you get — 5 minutes for someone to poke your face and rush you out the door? That’s not beauty care — that’s a scam. Honestly, I doubt the staff even have real medical qualifications. And the receptionist? Absolutely horrible. Arrogant, loud, and ready to fight. When I politely explained that I was flexible with my travel dates, she started arguing, raising her voice, and trying to intimidate me in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and honestly shocking. This was supposed to be a self-care experience. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, humiliated, and furious. I wouldn’t trust these people with a mascara wand, let alone a needle. Avoid this place at all costs. They’re rude, careless, and only interested in pushing as many clients as they can through the door. There are plenty of professional, clean, respectful clinics out there — this is NOT one of them.

This is my second time visiting this clinic. The first time, I was treated by a male doctor (dermal fillers for my cheeks and nasolabial folds, as well as Botox for my masseters), and this time by a female doctor (Botox for my masseters). On both occasions, I was very pleased with the professionalism, care, and clear explanations provided. The treatment itself was quick and expertly done. Additionally, the clinic is very well located and easily accessible by car, bus, as well as under and overground. I will definitely be returning!
