I recently relocated from London to Glasgow. And I had my first horrible experience in this place and they ripped me off. I went for a consultancy for an implant. First they wouldn't pick up the phone and when they did she told me we are short of staff. They charged me £360 for 5 min consultancy. Comprising taking an ex-ray and CT scan. They sent me for CT scan else where. Where I had to drive. And over ther they said we only charge you £100 for it, which is the same price I had for North London. But at smile gallery they charged me more than £ 200 for thus when you can have it for £ 100 else where even in North London. Aftet 8 days they nevet got back to me. I even called them to follow up they don't answer. Also, Mr Bruce quoted me around £4000 for the implant when I had £2500 in North London an expensive area. I got ripped off £360 for nothing. He was asking me what I do for living to see how he can further ripping me off. I am out of work looking for a job. I work in finance and he was like why don't you do tax so that he can ripp me off further Anyways, he sent me for CT scan else where where they do implant as North London price with bone grafting. So go will go with them. I would rather drive to that place that go to this place for 5 min walk and don't feel I got ripped off. Also they are short of staff. Not picking their phibe for a week now. Must be a horrible place to work that people are unhappy to work there and be short of staff. The young lady was up and down the stairs doinf reception and be his dental nurse. Awful. Such a bad image for a first time customer to see that. I want my money back. I would call this place Horrible gallery glasgow and not smile as they don't give you that. That was a very horrible welcome in Glasgow scotland from North London. Don't go there. You'll get ripp off specially for implant. I would give Zero star if was an option. Don't Go there. You get ripped off. Horrible gallery glasgow. Want my money back.

Dr. Andrew Bruce is a patient, gentle, and exceptionally skilled dentist. He’s able to detect small cavities that other dentists might overlook, yet he never over-treats his patients’ teeth. After the treatment, my teeth actually looked even better than before, and I truly felt cared for with gentleness and precision. I’ve visited many countries and seen many dentists, and I can say with absolute confidence that Dr. Andrew Bruce is the best one I’ve ever met. Choosing to have your dental care here is something you’ll never regret. Thank you for this amazing dental experience — it truly showed me the excellence of Scottish dentistry! (And by the way, he’s incredibly handsome 😄)

Great dentist, flexible about getting appointments at times that work for you and friendly staff would definitely recommend.
