The clinic - from the minute you enter - is inviting, clean and beautifully designed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful too. The booking process was easy and straightforward, with everything I needed to know prior to my visit provided. Julie was amazing at my consultation for Laser Hair Removal. She was so knowledgeable and very well experienced. She went over everything I needed to know and more, opening my eyes to my skin type and what to expect from the treatments. She recommended different products that would work for my skin and gave my info on how to use them, without it feeling like a sales pitch! Very happy with the whole appointment/visit and cannot wait to get started!

Gemma was fabulous! She made me feel relaxed despite being very nervous, giving helpful advice in a non-judgemental manner. She really put me at ease while being professional. I didn't know what treatments to book so Gemma explained everything in an easy to understand way, letting me choose what I wanted with no pressure. I would highly recommend.

Gemma made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. I was really happy that she understood my needs and listened to me. She explained what she could and couldn’t do and all risks. I felt that I was in really good hands.

Laura was very welcoming and professional. It was the first time I have attended an aesthetics clinic and I was impressed at how lovely the clinic was and spotlessly clean, hygiene standards are excellent. I see Julie every 6-8 weeks to keep my skin in tip top condition. She’s awesome. Good chat and knows when you need to relax. Excellent advice and I get so many good compliments on my skin too

We had such a lovely experience at the scan room for our gender scan. The clinic itself is such a beautiful setting and we were made to feel so welcome by all the staff from the minute we arrived. Emma was so lovely, friendly and patient with our stubborn baby who wouldn’t cooperate for the scan! She made us feel totally at ease throughout. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a scan!
