Enhance Dental Centre - Ely

I have been a patient at Enhance for nearly two years now. During this time I have attended regular, frequent appointments with Janette, an exceptional hygienist, who has taught me how to keep my teeth in tiptop condition. She is professional, friendly, encouraging and puts me totally at ease........ so much so that I actually enjoy my dental visits! The front office team are also welcoming, helpful and efficient. Thank you all.

I adore this dentist surgery so much! They are very accommodating for neurodiverse patients. Inside is spacious and clean. I had Steve examine me today and he was lovely. Very thorough and talked me through everything. I feel happy now having a better understanding of my oral health. I’ve booked to see the hygienist already which I can confidently feel excited for rather than nervous like with other places I’ve been. Enhance is welcoming, warm, friendly and calm. Also the reception team were extremely kind and thoughtful. Thank you team Enhance!

I had my new patient check up with Ben and his nurse Lucy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ben was really thorough, professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. I found this dental practice to be extremely professional. As a wheelchair user I found the practice very accessible with a large lift and disabled toilets. My dentist Ben made the whole experience very easy and painfree, despite a 4 hour appointment. He made me feel listened too and explained everything he was going to do in detail, which took away any anxiety I had. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone and although they cost a bit more than your average dentist the standard of care and the treatment they offer make it well worth it.

What a fantastic team of people! So helpful and more importantly make time to make sure you are happy with everything. I am a wheelchair user and cannot stand up, but i found no hassle at all visiting this dental practice. In fact it was an example which other premises would do well to visit and copy.

I think Enhance is an amazing dental surgery. I started using them three years ago. Appointments include check-ups and fillings, plus hours of root canal work. Patrick and his colleague Ellie are a brilliant team. They have always been lovely, caring, thorough professionals who keep me well informed and at ease. The Enhance facilities are truly world-class. The building layout and medical equipment are amazing and like nothing I have experienced with other dentists. I would not hesitate to recommend Enhance. Five stars from me!

I have been with Enhance for years because the service is superb and after poor service from other providers, I have moved all my family across. The whole team are always polite and discuss treatment before action. My teeth have always caused me problems for a range of reasons and thanks to Enhance they are stronger now in my 50s than before. Treatment is stable and although sometimes it costs money, it prevents further costs down the line. Thank you for great service

Enhance Dental Centre is housed in a beautifully designed, purpose-built facility which does not feel like a dentist practice at all. The space is very welcoming, with an exceptionally large waiting area downstairs and a smaller area upstairs, huge windows, some of which face open countryside, and all of which let in an abundance of light, together with greenery and artwork, making for a relaxing area, the ambience of which is heightened by the fact that one cannot hear the sounds of dentistry being practised. The reception staff are equally welcoming, being extremely friendly, patient, solicitous, and helpful. I am a very nervous patient – frightened in fact – but Mr Patrick Abbott was really kind and took the time to put me at ease before conducting a thorough examination, with X-rays, and taking me through the results, carefully explaining the work required, and all of my options, and sending me a written report on the same day. His assistant was very pleasant, helpful and discreet. I had been so nervous beforehand that when I came out of the room, I was shaky with relief and another member of staff stopped and asked if I were ok, invited me to sit down etc: they are actually on the lookout to assist you. I could not have asked for a better experience and would encourage all patients, especially those who dread the dentist, to visit Enhance Dental Practice: in my experience, you will feel better afterwards.

The only dentist I’ve ever been to where I feel comfortable & at ease. Friendly reception staff on arrival, beautiful modern facilities & cleanliness is exceptional. I’ve only ever received top class treatment at every appointment! Huge thank you to Enhance for outstanding duty of care.
