I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but the doctor thinks I’m stupid. One of the most unprofessional clinics I’ve dealt with. It’s not even a clinic, it’s just a small room in a centre. They called me 30 min before to tell me the doctor will be late 15-30 min cause a patient was running late. I was like ok, no problem, I will wait outside. I got there and there was another girl waiting. Turns out the doctor was late, not the patient. The doctor gets there 30 min late and takes the other girl in saying it will be just a few minutes and that she has her flight later. I’m like ok. 30 min later I was still waiting outside. I called to ask for a refund and they told me sorry, it was a medical emergency. There was no medical emergency, the other patient looked fine and probably wanted to have a facial before her flight. Which is fine, but at least tell me to reschedule. I went for nothing and waited an hour for nothing. Lost 2 hours in total including the commute. And then they kept insisting to offer me a 30% discount if I rebook. The least thing they could do in this situation was to offer me the treatment for free. Do you think I want to spend my money on people that treat me and my time so disrespectfully?

Over 4 weeks ago I had my first batch of fat burning injections - Aqualyx. This was on my upper and lower abdomen as my first pregnancy was not too kind to me and I was finding the shifting of the fat around this area very difficult. Dr JD was very supportive and provided holistic care, it was not just about the product for her, but the process and care towards me in helping me understand my body, my eating habits and hydration. I am pleased to report that with a combination of a healthy diet and these injections I lost around 5 inches in total from the 3 measurements that were initially taken at the start of my treatment!!! I have just had my second batch and am now even more determined to continue the healthy lifestyle that Dr JD advised for me. Please note, there will be bruising, slight pain and itchiness but none which is not tolerable and will disappear in a matter of days - for me it did!
