I’ve been going to Diamond Skin Clinic for months now, and their skin tightening treatment made a huge difference. My skin feels firmer and more youthful after just a few sessions.

DONT GO TO THIS CÑINIC TRUST MEEEEE plEASE biggest scams I wish I could give this clinic zero stars. I was charged £1,000 for a skin lightening cream, which the doctor claimed would lighten my skin by 6–8 shades to match my foundation — a promise that is both unrealistic and misleading. I was also sold multiple stem cell sessions with the expectation of significant results, which were never delivered. In my experience, the clinic appears to prioritise sales over patient care. I also noticed staff becoming visibly enthusiastic when clients made expensive purchases, which further reinforced my concern that profit is valued more than honest medical advice. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.I have seen lots of other reviews 1 stars of customers going through the same problem. What’s more concerning is that I’ve written previous reviews that were removed, and I’ve seen many other critical reviews disappear as well. This kind of reputation management raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before committing to anything here. When I first looked at the reviews the 5 star ones it told me it was fake or something I should have screen shot it.

After reading other reviews my concerns were correct. There is no care for the clients actual desires just maximum profit. Also feels like any product is actually saline and not what they’re selling. Absolutely no difference to my face 1k+ spent. Would avoid going here and find someone who actually enjoys their job and cares about results for clients

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic and would not recommend their services. I was charged £3,600 for six sessions of stem cell skin whitening treatment. During my consultation, I was shown an image and told that I could achieve that skin tone changing from my natural dark skin tone to an olive-to-white shade through their treatments. I later learned that achieving this level of skin lightening is not scientifically possible, something I was not made aware of at the time. I raised concerns a few times to the nurse and Shontelle during the sessions that I was not seeing any visible results, yet they have told me I have not told them this. I was not informed that the outcome I wanted was unrealistic. I have reported this matter to Trading Standards. I was also charged £1,000 for what I believed was a skin whitening cream discussed during a consultation. I have since been told that the £1,000 was for “maintenance,” but I was not given this cream. Instead, I received skincare products, and the clinic now claims that the consultation was about those skin care products, unlablelled and cheap which included body wash and soap which is not how I understood it at the time.I have requested CCTV footage relating to my consultation for clarity, but the clinic has not provided it. Based on my personal experience, I feel I was misled and did not receive the results or products I was promised. I would strongly advise others to not go to this clinic.

I dont recommend this clinic at all. My sister and I both had a deeply disappointing experience with this clinic’s skin whitening treatments. We each paid £3,600 for six sessions, which we took out of our savings because we trusted the clinic’s promise that our skin could lighten by 5–8 shades. After four sessions (£700 each), there were absolutely no results. We stopped the treatment at that point and have not been refunded, only given a credit note, which we do not plan to use as we no longer trust this clinic. We wear Charlotte Tilbury Foundation 4 Warm, while our actual shade is 11 Warm, and the clinic was fully aware of the difference between our natural skin tone and the foundation shade. Despite this, they did not provide realistic information about the expected results. At no point were we told that the treatment would produce only minimal or barely noticeable change, if we had known, we would never have gone ahead. On top of that, we were each charged £1,000 for a cream that was presented as part of the whitening process. It made no visible difference and was, in my view, a complete waste of money. This treatment did not work for either of us, and we feel completely misled. I am sharing this to warn others before they spend such a large amount of money with the expectation of results that simply never happen.
