Misleading prices and a very haphazard experience. Have a mole removed, but the whole procedure seemed very messy. The surgeon was actually very good, but everything seemed disorganised. Equipment was all over the place, things couldn't be found, plugs and wires weren't compatible with machinery etc. The whole thing just put me in a nervous position, but in the end, the surgeon did well. I queried the prices which I paid, which were different to the one displayed on their website. They then proceeded to tell me that the website I was looking at was of a different company. I literally used the website that is attached to their Google profile, which is definitely correct. Same name, location, same photos, same staff. I don't want to accuse anyone of lying but this whole thing seemed dodgy. As a "goodwill gesture", they offered me an SPF product which I never received. Only giving the extra star because the surgeon did a decent job despite the chaos, and Nina also did a good job of removing my stitches. Sadly, due to the dishonesty and lack of organisation amongst other things, I definitely won't be recommending this place or returning, which is a shame as I work locally.

From the tiniest details of my skin condition to the follow-up and precautions after the treatment, I truly felt a sense of “leave it to me, you can rest assured.” It was so thoughtful and reassuring. Living abroad, this kind of feeling is somewhat unfamiliar, which made me even more touched. In the end, I even received a Labubu and a big skincare gift set. I’ll definitely be coming back—“leaving it to you, I feel at ease.” I rarely recommend things, but this time I’m sharing from the heart. Thank you.

I have had Hydrafacial with Heidi for a few years. She is professional and always looks into details, and she does the treatment thoroughly. She always think ahead and go extra miles for me. The clinic location is easy to get to. The staff in reception are friendly and nice. I really enjoyed my treatment every time I had it in this clinic.
