I had a scalp cyst removed at Renovatio and the process was quick and simple. I booked my initial consultation for a Wednesday at Spire in Stretton as it was on my commute so easy to fit into my day. I met Dr Sof, who was friendly and straightforward, and decided on removal. He booked me in at Renovatio where I'd be seen quicker - that very Saturday! I got to the clinic, was met by Lia who was lovely, and set me up with a coffee whilst completing the required patient docs. I was then taken into the treatment room where Dr Sof reconfirmed the procedure, risks, outcome, recovery, etc. and we chatted about various things whilst he set up. The treatment started with local anaesthetic to block any pain and I was comfortable. Dr Sof worked to ensure minimal scarring and continually checked on my comfort and when I did report enhanced awareness, went straight in with more anaesthetic to ensure I felt nothing. It was a completely stress and pain free process. The clinic location is peaceful with ample parking, everyone at Renovatio is friendly, and my treatment was relaxed and pain free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! 5⭐️

GO HERE IF YOU WANT COSMETIC SURGERY!!! Dr. Sof is incredible, as well as the other staff! I’ve genuinely never been so happy with a treatment. I’ve had moles on my face for my whole life and they’ve made me so self conscious and sad. The laser treatment was so painless and fast, and he spoke and reassured me the whole time. It’s a trust based system, surgery. If you’re happy you’ll come back, and I am absolutely happy enough to come back here for anything else I want doing too! Maybe a laser resurface next… thanks very much!

Had a sebaceous cyst removed today from my elbow . The quick procedure was completely painless from start to finish . I've had the cyst for years and was it was unsightly during the warmer months .
