First time visiting Ricci for botox after going to the same place for quite a few years, I wanted somewhere more reasonably priced and local to me. Dr Saba was amazing and I felt very at ease when I was receiving treatment. She is not only very knowledgeable but has the best equipment that a lot of clinics don’t have around Norfolk! I had lots of filler in my cheeks, chin and jaw that I wanted dissolved and Dr Saba had an ultrasound machine which was amazing to detect where the filler was from years ago done at another clinic.

I had my first session on the new Tesla seat this morning. I was feeling a bit nervous as I wasn’t sure what to expect! Zoe made me feel very welcome and at ease.
