I've just had my second botox treatment with Chloe, she's great, explains what will be done and clearly manages expectations. I trust her implicitly as she is a fully qualified nurse so completely understands the treatments she is providing. I've had botox around the eyes and frown lines in between. I've also had fillers for lines around mouth area. I have recommended her to friends who have also been extremely pleased with her service.

The practice goes from strength to strength. Everything is smooth and efficient. I see Zia, Sandra and their assistants and the care I have always received has been absolutely first class. The administration team at reception and friendly and welcoming and, of course, efficient. The investment in updated premises has been another resounding success.

Had IPL treatment with the lovely Jayne who made me feel at ease immediately from the moment I walked in. The treatment was amazing and I already have seen a difference after one session. This wellness clinic is so inviting and they always make you feel so welcome.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Jas. She did my non surgical rhinoplasty and also some cheek filler. She was really professional from the get go, told me what to expect before and after, informed me of any potential risks or side effects. She also put me at ease and I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She kept checking I was ok throughout and really cared for my wellbeing while I was there. I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. This is an extremely talented team of aestheticians. Their lasers and facial treatments give fantastic results and the botox and filler session I had with Dr Kam literally took years off my complexion. He has a unique eye for contour and improvement that most practitioners lack. This place is a must for rejuvination without surgery.
