The team at Eudai were fantastic throughout my experience. Dr. Vichas was incredibly thorough during my consultation, genuinely listening to my concerns, advising on the most effective treatments to address them and actually explaining why they were being recommended. This was my first time having any sort of cosmetic treatment, so knowing it was being done by a doctor, just made me feel much more at ease. Given his experience in medicine, Dr. Vichas went through every part of the process when I had the treatment, explaining each stage and continually checking I was comfortable (especially as this was the first time having Botox). If I could give 6 stars I would , professional , clean , staff so welcoming right from the very start the receptionist was friendly and so well spoken , Chris was a master of his craft aswell as the nurse as she was reassuring and very knowledgeable.
