She showed me how hyperpigmentation has to be managed around the clock, not just in treatment, and taught me how the products would slow melanin production while protecting my skin barrier. She made it clear that long-term results wouldn’t come from stripping the skin, but from strengthening it with patience and consistency. As well as creating a bespoke treatment plan, she added barrier-support products like a Pre & Post Serum to keep my skin resilient — especially before microneedling — and gave me lifestyle guidance too:I have never felt so informed, supported and safe with my skin.
