First time at Rippon Medical Services and they were amazing. I went with a plan of what I wanted but after a great chat with Dr Rippon he gave me great advice on what was actually the best course of action to take. Everyone makes you feel welcome, safe and at ease which was fantastic. After a great chat with Dr Rippon we discussed areas I hated about myself and he gave me hope that these issues can easily be dealt with and gave me all the information I need to get the work done and get my confidence back. An all round amazing experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything.

From the very first consultation, Jenna instantly recognised that my skin was inflamed and my melanocytes were overactive — and instead of taking an aggressive approach, she explained the importance of rebuilding my barrier first and treating the pigmentation gradually and safely. What I really loved was how much time she took to educate me. She showed me how hyperpigmentation has to be managed around the clock, not just in treatment, and taught me how the products would slow melanin production while protecting my skin barrier. She made it clear that long-term results wouldn’t come from stripping the skin, but from strengthening it with patience and consistency. As well as creating a bespoke treatment plan, she added barrier-support products like a Pre & Post Serum to keep my skin resilient — especially before microneedling — and gave me lifestyle guidance too:I have never felt so informed, supported and safe with my skin. Jenna doesn’t just treat — she truly educates and cares. The results are already incredible and I finally feel in control of my skin again. Cannot recommend Skin Genie enough — five stars and more.
