I’ve been seeing Adam for a few months about my knees which were swollen and painful. This is no longer the case following PRP injections which I now have every few months to keep pain free. Due injections soon. Adam is very knowledgeable and personable. Adam has a good knowledge of physiology and gives me homework around strength training ing as well as stretching which is bespoke to me.

I have just had the pleasure of my 4th PRP injection with Adam. I had ACL reconstruction 15months ago, and altho successful my body was having other ideas for my recovery.
