It was my first time having a cosmetic procedure, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but Dr. Lamy was amazing — so professional, kind, and reassuring. She really took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming vibe and the whole experience felt really personal and professional.
