From a lovely welcome at the door to a warm welcome from Dr Darren. The Dr didn't disappoint. He has a lovely warm welcoming personality and explains everything before treatment. As I'm an older lady and haven't much experience with fillers I had been anxious and was afraid there wouldn't be a huge difference. I shouldn't have doubted. I am delighted at the difference. I have been treated by Dr Emma for a few years now and she is magnificent. She is a true expert in her field. The quality of her work is excellent.
