I was very impressed with skin excellence clinic, on arrival you are made to feel welcome & offered refreshments. Dr strawford was very professional & knowledgeable, giving options of treatments & talking them through with a very honest approach. I was given information leaflets, samples & costings for my treatment plan to take away & evaluate. All very relaxed with no hard sell 😊.

I went to the clinic to explore options for under-eye dark circle treatment, and I was really impressed by the honesty and care I received. Instead of trying to sell me a treatment that wouldn’t be effective, the practitioner took the time to explain why the options available wouldn’t work for my case and advised me that surgery would be the only solution. She even went a step further by taking my number so she could share the details of a trusted oculoplastic surgeon recommended by one of her clients. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and effort she put into guiding me in the right direction, even though it meant not booking a treatment with her. The consultation was free, and from reception to consultation I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. It’s rare to find such professionalism and genuine care, and I highly recommend this clinic.

Have started treatment with Doctor Angela at EDEN Clinic I must say such a kind welcoming lady very professional in all she does I am totaly happy I choose her after been let down by others I left the clinic happy with my treatment and will continue to have Doctor Angel treating me ,as one wont be disappionted I highly recommend as once there you wont need aywhere else

I have recently had a haemangioma removed from my lip. Ros and her team made me feel really relaxed and at ease. They are very professional and have followed up with an email afterwards to ensure all is well. I recommend them to anyone thinking about a procedure and wish them well.

I met Dr Elsey last week for the first time. I have been struggling with my menopause and its symptoms for many years. She is the first clinician that has actually listened to me. After speaking to her i no longer felt alone or as though i was going mad! My medication has been sorted. A plan for follow ups is in place and i feel listened to. She had a lovely manner. professional but very approachable. I have already recommended her to several of my friends. Thank you so much Alison. You might just have given me my life back. Sal
