I have regular mole checks with Dr Shrivastva and most recently had minor surgery, he explained the recovery process and everything healed as it should have done but I know if I did have any problems I could of easily contacted him and been helped/advised. Dr Dev Patel is honestly one of the most compassionate and supportive doctors I have ever met and I have worked within the NHS and Private health sector for 23 years. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he only ever wants to do what is best for you. I took my son to get a mole removed from his face a few years ago and he immediately noticed he was depressed. I was astonished because I never told him. Before he removed the mole he had a discussion with my son and printed off some advice sheets. He then advised him what to do next. I was open mouthed at the care he gave. He then did an excellent job of removing the mole. I personally go for Botox and he always does a good job. No bleeding, no bruising. Dr Shrivastva removed a fairly large lipoma from my shoulder that had been there for 15/20 years. The procedure was quick and painless and the attention paid to me and the follow up was excellent.
