Very professional and courteous service. My teenage son had a slow growing simple cyst growing under the skin on one side of his face. The NHS were next to useless, so we approached Dr Fareeha. After an initial consultation, where everything was fully explained, an appointment was made to have the cyst removed by Dr Fareeha working alongside a plastic surgeon. I recently underwent minor surgery at Dr Fareeha’s clinic The clinic is modern, spacious and extremely spotless, I was sent clear directions and clear instructions for parking etc., On entering the reception staff made me feel welcome and offerred drinks and showed me to a comfortable waiting area I had an initial assessment with Dr Fareeha were she made me feel fully at ease, explaining the procedure in details, her kindness & compassion made me feel fully at ease The procedure was performed by the Doctor and I paid an extra amount for plastic surgeon to assist, which I was more than happy to pay for as the scar is hardly visible now after just 4.5weeks I feel I received a very high standard of care at the Clinic from start to finish and would not hesitate to return if I ever needed any further treatment.
